Terms of enrolment
These terms apply to open classes and private cohorts booked with Aicoursesforsg from 2026. Sending an enquiry through the website is not a contract. A contract is formed when we accept a booking in writing and you pay the invoice, or when a private-cohort outline is signed and the deposit stated in that outline is received.

The provider is Aicoursesforsg, 1 Fusionopolis Place, #08-11, Galaxis, Singapore 138522. The participant is the named individual on the invoice, or the organisation that books a private cohort. Teaching is in English. Governing law is the law of Singapore. The courts of Singapore have jurisdiction.
The programmes are training. They are not legal, financial, or engineering advice. The Safe Use and Internal Policy session produces a training draft. It does not create a lawyer–client relationship.
Fees and what is included
Open-class fees are those listed on the catalogue page at the date of invoice, in Singapore dollars, per person. The fee includes contact hours, notes, the prompt file used in class, the checklist, the measurement sheet, and one 30-minute remote clinic within 30 days of the last contact hour. It does not include a licence for any assistant, meals beyond what is stated for a given date, travel, or production engineering.
Payment is due before the first session unless the private-cohort outline sets a deposit and a balance date. Seats are confirmed only after payment. Aicoursesforsg may refuse a booking if the scoping call shows that the task cannot be sampled, or that the buyer needs a deployed model. In that case we decline the workshop.
Cancellation and movement of dates
If Aicoursesforsg cancels a class, the fee is refunded in full, or moved to a later 2026 date at your election. If you cancel more than ten working days before the first session, the fee is refunded minus a S$80 administration charge. Inside ten working days we will move you to a later 2026 open class where seats remain; if no date is usable we retain the fee. Private-cohort cancellations follow the outline, which will not be less favourable to you than this paragraph without your written agreement.
If fewer than six people remain on an open class, we may postpone it to the next listed month and offer a move or a refund. Class size will not exceed 12 (10 for the inbox and team-lead programmes).
Measurement, samples, and results
Figures published on this website come from timed classroom exercises on anonymised sample data. They illustrate the method. They are not a contractual promise of a time saving, an error reduction, or any other result in your organisation. Your own measurement sheet from the day is a record of that day, on that sample, with that second marker.
You are responsible for ensuring that any file you provide for a private cohort is stripped of identifiers you are not allowed to share. Aicoursesforsg may refuse a file and substitute the demo pack. Setup time, instructor talk-time, and tasks you do not already perform are excluded from the stopwatch, as described on the method page.
Materials and the clinic
You may copy the handover files inside your organisation for the task they were built for. You may not resell the materials, present them as your own public course, or publish the demo packs as if they were a live client file. Aicoursesforsg retains copyright in the classroom versions of the prompt files and checklists.
The 30-day clinic is for questions that arise when the method meets live work. It is not a second programme, a vendor support desk, or a guarantee that a prompt will keep working after a supplier changes a product. Unused clinic time lapses 30 days after the last contact hour.
Liability and contact
Aicoursesforsg’s liability for a booking is limited to the fee paid for that booking, except in respect of death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited under Singapore law. We are not liable for vendor outages, your network, or decisions taken on the back of a classroom draft.
