Privacy notice
This notice describes how Aicoursesforsg collects, uses and stores personal data when you use this website, send an enquiry, or enrol on a programme. It is written for the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). It applies from 2026. It is not a marketing brochure.

Hosting is on shared infrastructure in Singapore. Mail from the enquiry form is sent to [email protected]. We do not sell personal data. We do not operate an advertising network on this site.
What we collect
From the enquiry form: name, e-mail address, organisation, optional telephone number, programme of interest, the text you write about the task, the time of submission, and a record that you gave consent. Hidden fields used to reduce automated abuse (a token, a timestamp, and an unused honeypot) are processed only for that purpose.
If you enrol, we additionally keep the programme name, dates, attendance, your own measurement sheet from the day, invoice details, and any access or dietary note you ask us to hold so that we can run the room. Open classes use anonymised demo packs; those packs are not your personal data. If a private cohort uses a stripped sample you send us, we treat that file as confidential operational content and delete it after the cohort unless you ask us in writing to retain a copy for a follow-up clinic.
Server logs may record IP address, browser type and the page requested, for security and fault-finding, for a short period on the host. We do not run a third-party analytics tag on this site at publication in 2026.
Why we use it
We use enquiry data to reply, to propose an open class or a private cohort, and to invoice if you book. We use enrolment data to run the class, to take the baseline and after timings, to issue the handover pack, and to honour the 30-day clinic. We use logs to keep the site available and to investigate abuse of the form.
Under the PDPA, these purposes are the ones we notify at collection. If we ever needed a new purpose (for example, a later alumni note about a 2026 date change), we would ask first. Consent for the form is collected by the checkbox. You may withdraw consent by writing to [email protected]; withdrawal does not undo a class already delivered, and we may still keep records we are required to keep for tax or dispute purposes.
Retention, access, and correction
Enquiry records without a subsequent enrolment are kept for up to 24 months. Enrolment and invoice records are kept for the period needed to complete the clinic and to meet ordinary business-record needs in Singapore, then deleted or anonymised. Measurement sheets that still contain your name are part of the enrolment record; the published outcome records contain no names.
You may request access to or correction of personal data we hold about you by writing to [email protected] or by post to the Fusionopolis address. We will respond within the periods expected under the PDPA. We may need to verify that the request comes from you. There is no fee for an ordinary access request; if a request is unusually expensive to fulfil we will say so before proceeding.
Processors and transfers
The website host and the mailbox provider act on our instructions. They are in Singapore on the current arrangement. We do not transfer enquiry data to a marketing list. Instructors see enrolment lists in order to run the room; they are part of the practice.
If you paste content into a commercial assistant during class, that vendor’s terms apply to that paste. Aicoursesforsg does not control those vendors. The Safe Use programme exists in part to make that distinction explicit. Do not paste live personal data of other people into an assistant in class; use the anonymised pack.
