Questions we are asked before enrolment
Short answers below. The method page and the outcome records carry the longer versions. If your question is about a specific sample of work, a 25-minute scoping call is the right next step: we need the name of the task before we can be useful.

What does the fee include?
Contact hours, notes, the prompt file used in class, the checklist, the measurement sheet with your baseline and after readings, and a 30-day remote clinic of 30 minutes. It does not include a software licence. You attend with the assistant your organisation already pays for.
Do you issue a certificate?
We issue an attendance note and the measurement sheet from the day. We do not run an exam board, a graded assessment, or a named credential. If a certificate is the object of the purchase, this is the wrong provider.
How many people sit in a class?
A maximum of 12. Inbox and team-lead programmes cap at 10 because each learner needs more live review. Private cohorts start at 6 from the same organisation. Below 6, an open class is moved to the next listed 2026 month.
Can you run the class at our office?
Yes, as a private cohort, if there is a room with power, a board, and a network that will run the licensed assistant. We bring the sample pack and the sheets. Your IT team remains responsible for access.
Data, PDPA, and samples
Must I bring live company data?
Open classes use Aicoursesforsg anonymised demo packs. Private cohorts may use a stripped extract of your work if your organisation allows it. Names, account numbers, identity numbers and internal project codes come off first. If even a stripped file is forbidden, we can still teach on the demo pack; the stopwatch will then describe the demo pack, which is the same limit as the public records.
How do you handle personal data on the enquiry form?
Name, e-mail, organisation and the message are used to reply to the enquiry. We keep them for up to 24 months, or longer if a contract is in force. Details sit in the privacy notice. Hosting is on shared infrastructure in Singapore.
Do you train models on our files?
Aicoursesforsg does not train models. We teach inside commercial assistants. Whether a vendor trains on customer content is a question for that vendor; the policy programme includes a question sheet for that conversation. We keep classroom copies of our own demo prompt files. We do not keep operational content you brought once the cohort has ended.
Measurement and claims
Are the published figures a guarantee for my organisation?
They are not. Figures come from timed classroom exercises on anonymised sample data, with a second marker, in 2026. They illustrate the method. They are not a promise of a percentage saving at your desk. The outcome records state sample sizes, dates, and exclusions.
Why do you not publish an average across all learners?
Mixing a Foundations drill with an inbox timing and a forecast MAPE would hide the thing a buyer needs to read. Each record is one task, one date, one room. Small samples stay small on the page.
What do you refuse to put on the stopwatch?
Installation, licence pages, instructor talk-time, and tasks the participant did not already perform at work. If a machine fails, the row is dropped. The method page lists the five steps in order.
Enrolment mechanics
How do I enrol?
Use the contact form, write to [email protected], or telephone +65 6774 3820, Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:30. We reply within one working day. Payment is by invoice, due before the first session unless a private-cohort schedule is agreed in writing.
What if I cannot attend a day?
Tell us as soon as you know. Inside ten working days of an open class we will move you to a later 2026 date where seats remain. We cannot replay a missed timing for one person on a different sample; the record requires the room’s key and the second marker.
In what language is the class taught?
English. Materials are in English. Sample tickets may mix English with common Singapore office shorthand. We cannot run the class in another language in 2026.
Do you build production models or MLOps?
No. The programmes stay on commercial assistants and desktop procedures. If you need a deployed model, you need an engineering firm. We will say that on the scoping call.
Still unsure which programme
Describe the weekly task in the message field: volume, tool, and whether a stripped sample can exist. We will name a programme or explain why we should not take the work. Catalogue: six programmes.
