What we set

The enquiry form uses a session cookie so that the server can check a hidden token when you press send. That cookie lasts for the browser session. It holds no marketing profile. Without it, automated posts would be harder to reject, and we would have to disable the form.

When you press Accept on the cookie bar, the browser stores a preference key named aicoursesforsg_cookie_ok in local storage. That key is not sent to our server on every page load as a cookie; it stays in your browser so that the bar can remain hidden. Clearing site data will show the bar again.

What we do not set

We do not set cookies for advertising networks. We do not drop pixels that follow you onto other sites. We do not sell cookie identifiers. If this list changes in a later revision of the site, this page will be updated and the bar will be the place we point to.

If you paste content into a commercial assistant during a class, that product may set its own cookies in its own application. Those cookies are the vendor’s. They are outside this notice. The policy programme covers how to ask a vendor what it stores; it does not rewrite the vendor’s terms.

How to refuse

You can use the site without pressing Accept. The bar will remain visible. You can also block cookies in your browser. If you block all cookies, the enquiry form may fail the token check; in that case telephone +65 6774 3820 or write to [email protected].

You can delete cookies and local storage for aicoursesforsg.life in your browser settings. That will not delete enrolment records we already hold, which are described in the privacy notice.

Session length and form abuse controls

The form also posts a timestamp and an unused field that humans leave blank. Those values are not cookies. They exist so that a script which fills every field in under three seconds can be turned away, and so that a hidden field filled by a bot can be ignored. We treat a filled honeypot as a silently discarded post, which looks like success to the sender and does not create a mailbox load.

We also cap the number of accepted mails from one browser session (three in ten minutes). That cap is stored in the server session that sits behind the session cookie. It is a rate limit.
