What to have on the call
Bring the name of the task (inbox, forecast, pack, or something else that repeats weekly), the assistant your organisation already licences, and a yes or no on whether an anonymised sample can be used. If you already know the programme, name it. If six or more people from the same organisation need to attend, say so: that is a private cohort, with a three-week lead time.
We do not need a briefing deck. A five-sentence description of the work in the message field is enough to start. If the work cannot be described even in stripped form, we will say on the call that we cannot take a baseline, and we will not invent one.

Required fields are name, e-mail, organisation, programme, a short description of the task, and consent. Telephone is optional. Sending the form is an enquiry. A seat is confirmed only after we accept a date and you pay the invoice.

If you are coming for a class, arrive ten minutes early so that logins can fail before the baseline clock starts. If you are coming for a scoping call, tell us on the form so that we book a meeting table.

Private cohorts
Six participants is the minimum. Dates are agreed at least three weeks ahead. We need a named coordinator, confirmation on the sample, and a room if the class should run on your site. Fees follow the catalogue rates unless the outline says otherwise after the scoping call.
Open-class months for 2026 are listed on the home page. Seats are confirmed only after invoice.
